These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cadence Golf mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Cadence Golf ("Cadence," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the rounds, scores, and other content you record. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service, including displaying content to golfers you choose to share it with.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Cadence and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Golf analysis and coaching suggestions are provided for informational purposes and are not guarantees of results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
